Masman sales are pick-up only, and collection is the responsibility of the buyer.
However, the vendor is willing to offer delivery on some items, you can contact them direct for a delivery quote by emailing Freight@masmangroup.com.au. Please make sure to include a copy of your zero balance invoice so the vendor is able to locate your purchase.
If you would like to organise your own third party to collect please ensure they have the following documents with them at collection;
Copy of the Account Holder’s driver’s license
A signed letter of authority from the account holder, allowing the onsite staff to release the goods
A copy of the zero balance invoice
