Find your invoice
A copy of your invoice is sent to your registered email address. If you can’t locate it, please check your Junk/Spam folder (and Promotions if you use Gmail).
You can also download your invoice anytime:
Log in to My Grays.
Go to Auctions → Won Items.
On the right of each item, select the grey Invoice button.
Your invoice will open—download or save it for your records.
Tip: Add Grays to your safe senders list so future emails land in your inbox.
