Find your bidding history
You can view your recent and current bids anytime in My Grays. This is the quickest way to check what you’ve bid on, your maximum bid, and whether you’re currently winning.
Where to find it
- Log in to My Grays (Desktop or Mobile)
- Go to Auctions → Bidding On
- Use the tabs or filters to view Active, Watching, Won, or Outbid/Lost items.
See the bid history for a specific lot
On any lot page, select Bid history to view the time-stamped bidding activity. Your personal bidding record is visible in My Grays, while the lot’s bid history shows anonymise bidder activity.
Tips
- Turn on email/app notifications so you’re alerted if you’re outbid.
- Add Grays to your safe senders list to ensure alerts reach your inbox.

Troubleshooting
Not seeing a recent bid?
- Make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used to bid.
- Refresh the page after a few seconds—bids placed very recently may take a moment to appear.
- If an item was withdrawn or cancelled, it may move out of Active bids.
If you still can’t find your bidding history, reach us via the Help Centre and include the lot ID and your registered email.
