In order for our site staff to release your goods, please ensure your nominated third party brings the following documents with them at collection:
- A copy of the paid/zero-balance invoice
- A photocopy of your valid photo ID, such as a driver licence or passport
- A signed letter of authority from the account holder authorising site staff to release the goods
Your nominated third party will also be required to produce their own identification and sign for the goods on your behalf as your authorised agent.
If your third party is using a courier or transport provider, please ensure they bring printed copies of any consignment notes or transport documents, as printing facilities may not be available onsite.
