It is important that you contact our Customer Service team via Contact Us Form within 30 days. To expedite our investigation, please provide as much information as you can - the reason for return, invoice number, connote number, including a detailed description of what was damaged, along with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Our team will then send you a Returns Advice Form with instructions and the return address.
Once you have contacted our Customer Service team and submitted your claim, please return the item promptly using the instructions provided in your Returns Advice Form. We ask that items be returned within a reasonable timeframe to allow us to assess your claim. Delays in returning the item may affect our ability to process your claim. If you are using our nominated carrier for bulky items, please ensure the item is ready for collection on the agreed date.
Once the inspection is completed, and the legitimacy of the return reason confirmed, we would either replace/repair your item(s) or provide you with a refund. This will occur 21 days of our receiving the returned item. If the item(s) were not damaged in transit, dead on arrival or incorrectly described, we will return the item and charge you the freight cost.
