Grays accepts PayPal and major credit cards — Visa and Mastercard. Bank cheques, personal/business cheques, split payments and cash are not accepted. A surcharge applies to all Credit, Debit Card, and PayPal payments — the amount will be displayed before payment is charged.

📑 How do I pay invoices under $5,000?
Payment is automatically debited from your nominated Credit, Debit Card or Paypal account within 24 hours of sale closing.
Please ensure sufficient funds are available at the time of sale closing.
💰 How do I pay invoices over $5,000?
A Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) must be paid by Credit, Debit Card, or PayPal account.
The balance must be paid by direct deposit into Grays’ nominated bank account within two business days.
NRD amounts are as follows
- $5,000–$9,999 → $500
- $10,000 or more → $1,000
❌ What happens if payment is not received?
Grays will send a payment reminder via SMS with a link to reprocess the payment
If payment continues to fail, the sale may be cancelled.
A Cancellation Fee of $250 (incl. GST) applies to invoices over $1,000.
Alternatively, Grays may retain the Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD).
