Payment Timing and Process
Important Notice: Storage fees cannot be paid in advance of collection. Payment must be processed at the time of item retrieval.
Payment Methods by Collection Type
Direct Collection by Account Holder
When the account holder collects items personally, storage fees must be paid directly to onsite staff at the time of collection.
Third-Party Collection
When collection is arranged through a third party (courier, representative, or agent), the following process applies:
1.Invoice Generation: Onsite staff will create a storage fee invoice at the time of collection
2.Payment Link Distribution: A secure payment link will be sent directly to the registered account holder
3.Payment Completion: The account holder must complete payment using the provided link
