If the sale is described as a "pick-up" sale, you can have someone else collect goods on your behalf. Pickups can only be made once cleared funds are received. However, if the sale is noted as a "delivery" sale, pick up is not available.
Grays staff will not release the goods to anyone other than you unless they carry the appropriate authority. If you wish to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, they will need to have a copy of your Winner's Email, a photocopy of your photo ID and a letter signed by you authorising them to collect the goods on your behalf.
Please note: that Grays are not responsible for the goods once they have been signed for. Any problems relating to the transportation of the goods will need to be taken up with the third party acting on your behalf.
Items of high value are delivered through a secure post network and require a person to person Delivery. This means only the named account holder can accept delivery of the goods. Photo identification is required upon receiving the goods.
