How does it work?
Our real estate admin team will assist you in listing your property and setting up an online auction.This can be staged over a period of anywhere from 1 - 5 days. All we need is a link to your advertised listing and we will take care of the rest.
What costs are involved?
No frills attached when it comes to fees! We only charge one simple fee of $499 + GST to tap into our extensive database of 3 million Australian buyers. This includes both a listing fee AND our auction fee.

How do I set a reserve?
The reserve is securely emailed through to our licensed auctioneer who loads the price into our secure lot page. Our hidden reserve feature allows customers to watch the bar go green as the reserve is met. Reserves can be altered at any time throughout the auction by our auctioneer as instructed by the seller.
How do I maximise my listing with Grays?
In order to achieve that desired price and expand your clients’ sales with us, let our marketing team assist you. We will send an email to our database with your listing/s. We also offer matterport 360 virtual videos to allow for covid friendly inspections, social media + more. Feel free to contact us for more information.
